SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. PROCESSING TIME
All orders for our cone packing tools are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship using standard domestic carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location. 

3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. AGE RESTRICTION & SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS
By purchasing from this store, you agree that you meet the legal age requirement (21+) to purchase smoking accessories in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to utilize age-verification services at checkout or require an adult signature upon delivery to ensure compliance with card-network and processing guidelines.

5. DAMAGES AND LOST PACKAGES
Our brand is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping if standard delivery is completed. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photo and video evidence so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement tool for you. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
